YusrFiling respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Contact information you provide voluntarily — name, email, phone, business name, the questions you ask us.
- Financial records shared during an engagement, used solely to deliver the agreed service (bookkeeping, filing, audit).
- Basic analytics via Cloudflare Web Analytics — page views, country-level location, referrer. No cookies set, no cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry.
- To deliver the services you've engaged us for.
- To comply with our own legal obligations (record-keeping under UAE tax and AML regulations).
Where it's stored
Contact submissions are stored on Cloudflare D1 (UAE region where possible). Email is sent via Resend. Cloud accounting records sit inside the software you've authorised (Zoho, Xero, QuickBooks, Tally). We don't store client financial records on personal devices.
Who we share it with
Nobody, unless required by UAE law (FTA, regulator, court order) or authorised by you (e.g. your bank requesting a confirmation we prepared on your behalf).
How long we keep it
Tax-related records are retained for the periods required by UAE law (currently 5–7 years depending on the record). Contact-form messages unrelated to an active engagement are deleted after 12 months.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention requirements). Send any request to info@yusrfiling.com.
