These terms govern the engagement between YusrFiling ("we", "us") and you ("the client") when you use this website or engage us for services. By engaging us, you agree to these terms.
Engagement
A service engagement begins when you accept a written quote from us (by email, WhatsApp, or signed engagement letter). We confirm scope, deliverables, and fees in writing before work starts.
Fees and payment
- All fees are quoted in AED and are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
- Monthly packages are payable in advance (per month or per quarter). One-time services are payable on commencement.
- Late payment beyond 30 days may result in suspension of services until the balance is settled.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information in a timely manner. We are not responsible for filings or advice based on inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.
Confidentiality
We treat your business information as confidential and do not share it with third parties except as required by UAE law or with your explicit authorisation.
Liability
Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement on 30 days' notice in writing. Work in progress at termination is invoiced on a fair-use basis.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
